Booysens Industrial Development

This 22-hectare site began as contaminated agricultural land and was transformed
into 10,000m² of warehousing and 2,000m² of offices.
Every effort was made to reclaim and reuse materials—from bricks to parquet
flooring—while ensuring cutting-edge functionality and timeless industrial beauty.
The design celebrates the surrounding natural beauty with massive windows, mature
trees, and peaceful gardens. Every office has access to light, greenery, and practical
amenities. The result: a high-functioning industrial space that feeds the soul.
