In collaboration with Sager and Associates, this dark, dated townhouse was
transformed into a three-storey gem overlooking Table Bay and Lion’s Head.
Every furnishing was carefully selected over two years, reflecting the homeowners’
extensive global travels and deeply personal collection of artefacts. Nothing was
placed to fill space—everything has meaning.
Highlights include a hand-crafted stainless steel internal staircase, well designed
garden levels along with frameless floor-to-ceiling glass doors to maximise the
views, blending luxurious interiors with breathtaking surroundings. A lock-up-and-go
apartment that feels like a peaceful retreat.
