HOUGHTON RENOVATION 1

This beautiful home is a comfortable mix of classic and contemporary. French antiques live comfortably with Andrew Martin perspex chairs and a diverse collection of art.

This project involved the gutting and a full makeover of the main bathroom. The external wall was knocked out to add in concertina doors that access an outside shower area. A new layout and opening up to the outside changed the dynamic of the bathroom.

The rest of the home was done in a combination of textures in soft greys, blues, pistachios and charcoals, which contributes to the peaceful and calm ambience of this home. The garden was beautifully landscaped, and through the use of decking, the oversized and impractical swimming pool was filled in and covered thus redefining the outdoor space. The outcome was a lovely home that signified new beginnings for the family.
